• Comment: Very happy with my experience with Lubbock Steamer! I'm mad at myself for not choosing them sooner. I just moved in to my house and had an incident with the carpet in the kitchen. Called a carpet cleaner out and it looked okay until the next week, called them out again and still no improvement. Recently our dog got sick and went all over the house, I was hesitant to call the same carpet cleaning business again until my mom told me about Lubbock Steamer. I am so glad she told me about them because they did an excellent job! We went out of town for the weekend and the kitchen still looks great and looks so much better then when the previous carpet cleaner came out TWICE. They were quick and efficient. I will continue to use Lubbock Steamer from now on and the owner called me the next day asking how they did. Great customer service! Thank you, Lubbock steamer, for exceeding my expectations and very happy to say they will always have my business!
